Forum (Talk Talk Talk...) > Amp-Man / Picnic -Man ?

Excuses for intruding not being member, however, I found this website of this Julian Gough quite by accident and must ask following question: Mr Gough, I am wondering who is this Declan character you make mention of? Is this Declan character who carried amplifier late at night one and same character who, as story is related now, is found to be picnicing late in night-time on roof-top of Catholic Church in Galway City some years ago? Maybe 20 years ago?? A lot of Galway mushrooms flowing through the system in those days, consequently, my memory is leaky for me.

How strange for me to read these threads all these years fast-forward!

Kindest Regards, Sofia.

I have the strongest suspicion that you are not what you seem, mysterious lady of the internet. However I shall pretend to believe you... for now...

The amp-carrying Declan is Declan Collins, one of the greatest guitarists ever to be ground beneath the heel of the fickle goddess of pop. This is Declan Collins playing nice easy guitar with Toasted Heretic:

And this is Declan Collins playing very, very hard guitar with Where's The One:

The Declan on the roof of the Cathedral is (I assume he won't mind me saying this) Declan Moore, also known as Decadence Moore, a splendid archaeologist and a leading authority on Bronze Age beer.

This is Declan Moore, and Billy Quinn, and some bronze age beer (might even be stone age):

There you go. All is clear.
